    I would call "Genocider".


    Or am I stretching the pun out too far, here?

    Anyway. I Googled it just in case, and it turns out someone over on the Urban Dictionary was on the same wavelength as me.

    I'm not really sure if it's as genocidal as the recipe claims.

    Maybe if the cider was on the verge of becoming "apple wine", then we'd have some true genocider.

    ...Thoughts, YOSC?

    Let's see... barley wine is between 8.5 and 12 per cent.

    Cider is typically 8.5.

    So... Let's shoot for 20%?
